Cancellation & No-Show Policy We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment in advance. * Cancellations or reschedules made the day before your appointment will incur a 50% charge to the card on file. * Cancellations or reschedules made on the same day as your appointment will incur a 100% charge to the card on file. * Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment will be considered a No-Show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. * If your no-show or cancellation fee is not paid in full, the outstanding balance must be paid before you are able to book any future appointments. * Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late will be considered a No-Show and their appointment may be canceled. A 100% no-show fee will apply. The Nail Boutique reserves the right to refuse future appointments to clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows.
